Hello Dear ones, There is something about festive seasons, irrespective of the country... The streets come to life, there is so much excitement in air, the wind blows with a certain rhythm, the music from the shops is infectious... Dear Ones, "Opposite values are complimentary" said an enlightened MASTER & it took me many years to appreciate this knowledge. As much, as it is exciting to come up with that yummy recipe & click the perfect shot to post, knowing fully well that there were those disasters in the making, gives me confidence and strength to keep moving... So here is to all those burnt cakes, uncooked pan cakes, extremely healthy but largely rejected cookies...its these failures that are the stepping stones to wow moments in my cooking. Sharing some instances, enjoy & don't let a "not yet well made dish", define you... BURNT CAKE.. Nothing could beat this one...even the ants didn't bother to touch it, when left overnight...
