Serving suggestions & notes.

  • can be served as a dessert or as a sweet in children's parties
  • the combination of pure honey and roasted ground pumpkin seeds are excellent for deworming and detoxing the gut
  • while raw desiccated coconut adds flavour it is also rich in dietary fibre, which may boost your health by supporting digestion, boosting metabolism, and normalizing bowel movements. ... Coconut meat is high in the trace mineral Manganese, which helps you metabolise both protein and fats — and also supports stable blood sugar levels.) • Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
