Chutney or Indian Sauce...

Hello dear all,
The best thing to go with your Indian snacks - Idli (Steamed rice cakes) or Dosa (savoury pan cakes) is CHUTNEY. Traditionally there are a zillion types of chutneys that are made in Indian households & every house has its signature chutney...Im sharing a video tutorial of the simplest one, any beginner can try.
Its loaded with good protein, all the goodness of fresh desiccated coconut & fibre.

STEP 1: Materials & Proportion

STEP 3: Preparing the INDIAN SEASONING : "Chaunk"
